Returns & Refund Policy

All products sold on DealersArena are carefully inspected before
dispatch. Due to the nature of bulk and wholesale transactions, returns
are accepted strictly under the conditions stated below, in line with
Nigerian consumer protection standards.

Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly
supplied items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Customers must
provide clear evidence such as photos or videos of the issue.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once the
returned goods are inspected and approved, a replacement or refund will
be processed within 7–14 working days, depending on the payment
method.

DealersArena reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet
these conditions.
